I also talk with a Sandy, and get treated like I don't know anything, I had a horrible time trying to get a Base antenna and cable, the cable was on back order, and after I called to get a status report, they canceled the order. All I talk with is dumb women, only because I never had a guy to talk with, so all I can say is that this place is run horribly, do not order.

I bought a pair of AO sunglasses from Chief Aircraft (Grants Pass, Oregon) and wore them for about a week before I started to notice (fine) abrasions on the "glass" lenses. I only used a good optical cloth to clean them. I called Chief Aircraft customer service (800-447-3408) and talked to "Sandy" to inquire about a return and refund. "Sandy" basically called me a liar and gave me the run-around![Great customer service...NOT!!] I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU AVOID DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH CHIEF AIRCRAFT (Grants Pass, Oregon). WARNING:Do NOT buy anything from Chief Aircraft; they are UNPROFESSIONAL!
